The Town Board serves as the governing body of the Town and is composed of the Town Supervisor and four Councilpersons. Acting as the executive authority of town government, the Board is responsible for making key policy and operational decisions, including adoption of the annual budget, zoning regulations, and land-use policies. The Town Supervisor presides over Town Board meetings and carries the administrative and supervisory duties of the Town’s chief financial officer.

 

The Town Board meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 5:00pm in the Meeting Room of the Dannemora Municipal Building, located at 78 Higby Road, Chazy Lake.
